From a first conversation through long-term management, our team coordinates care around your health and your goals.
Introductory assessment and consultation
Comprehensive, holistic care including personalized nutrition and wellness support for individuals who have undergone or are currently receiving cross-sex medical or surgical treatments
Guidance and medical management for those seeking to taper or discontinue cross-sex hormone therapy
Evaluation and ongoing management of adverse health outcomes associated with cross-sex treatments, whether acute or long-term
In-house primary care, psychotherapy, psychiatry, naturopathy, and social work services
Curated portable portfolio to assist each patient with introduction to other service providers
Referrals to medical and surgical specialists as indicated for complications or concerns arising from prior cross-sex treatments
Connection to peer support groups and community resources

About the Founder
Dr. Katy Hurd
Dr. Katy Hurd is a board-certified family medicine physician practicing in Washington State. She earned her MD from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at In His Image in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Dr. Hurd’s approach to care is grounded in a deep conviction of the dignity and worth of every person, and in a vision of health as the full integration of mind, body, and soul.
